Sigma Ventures invests in Rx Ventures Pte Ltd.

Sigma Ventures has completed an investment in Rx Ventures PTE LTD. Rx Ventures operates andyou.ph, a digital health platform that facilitates telehealth consultations and connects users with independent, licensed medical groups and pharmacies within the Philippines.

Rx Ventures commenced commercial operations this year and generated USD 1 million in gross sales for the period of January to September 2025. The company projects total sales to reach USD 10 million by May 2026.

Rx Ventures’ long-term objective is to establish itself as Southeast Asia's most trusted digital health ecosystem. This will be achieved by integrating medical legitimacy, compounding services, and brand power into a unified, seamless digital health platform. Core offerings will include telehealth and e-pharmacy services, FDA-approved compounding, direct-to-patient fulfillment, and an AI doctor capability (scheduled for 2026).
